Propane Contract Options
At M&M Service, we offer flexible programs and attractive pricing plans that fit your lifestyle and propane needs. Below are our most popular contracting options for the 2023-2024 heating season. Both contracts come with worry-free scheduled delivery. Gallons are based on average of past 2 years of usage. These are just options, paying upon delivery is still acceptable.
Full Prepayment Contract allows customers to pay for all of their heating season’s estimated propane usage up front at a locked in price. As the tank is filled, each load is billed against the prepayment credit. Any gallons used over the original contracted amount during the contract period will be priced at the current rate. Unused money will remain on account as credit or can be refunded back to you. This contract is for your winter gallons used October through March.
*Contracted gallons are delivered 10-1-23 to 3-31-24 on a scheduled basis by M&M Service. Normal Summer Fill will be delivered at the current market price, apart from contracted gallons.
Budget Billing Program comes with a locked in price and reduces seasonal surprises by spreading annual propane expenses throughout the year by monthly automatic withdrawal. Annual propane usage is estimated by the previous 2 years’ usage average and divided into equal monthly payments. If usage is different than expected, the balance is billed, credited towards the next year, or refunded as appropriate. This comes with worry-free schedule delivery.
*Contract begins June 1, 2023, and will auto-renew June 1, 2024, with account settle up in the month of May. This program requires automatic withdrawal from a checking account. Account deliveries will be placed on a scheduled basis by M&M Service.

Scheduled delivery is service maintained by M&M Service Company. Tank will be filled as needed by company, usually when tank reaches 25%.
